Each of our hire products comes with a choice of delivery and collection options to suit you. If you need it there fast we can provide the service you need including SAME DAY DELIVERY, next day delivery and even weekend deliveries.

Simply select from our hire range the product you require and you will see our blue "Delivery Price" button on each product page. Click on the delivery button, enter the first part of your delivery postcode and we will show you the services available to your area and the costs involved. It really couldn't be simpler to get the medical equipment you need, in the time frame you need it.

Courier Delivery & Collection

Some of our smaller and more portable rental items are despatched to you, and then collected from you, by a national courier. This speeds up the standard delivery time to you without adding any additional cost. For most courier items ordered before 3pm, they are available for next working day delivery as standard (some postcode areas are a 1-2 working day delivery).

All courier items will arrive with you in a custom-made box. You will then just need to remove the item from the box and follow a few simple steps so the equipment is ready to use, these simple steps will be included in the box with the equipment. If you are unsure of anything when your rental item arrives a member of our friendly team will be happy to talk you through the process over the telephone.

Where delivery is by an independent courier service Horizon Mobility Ltd [HML] cannot be held responsible for timing on this delivery. HML will make every effort to ensure that the courier resolves their problem as soon as is possible to ensure they complete the service in a full and timely fashion

It is very important that you keep the box and packaging that the rental equipment comes in as you will need to put the equipment back into the box ready for collection. The packaging that the product is delivered in must be opened carefully and stored safely so that it can be used for the return of the rental equipment. Packaging lost or damaged beyond acceptable use by the courier will mean new packaging must be sent out at a cost of £28.00.

At the time of placing your order you can select which day you would like your rental item delivered, standard delivery & collection days are Monday – Friday anytime between 8am – 6pm. Depending on your chosen delivery and collection postcode you may have the option to upgrade your delivery to a timed delivery or a Saturday delivery for an additional cost.

You also have the option of selecting a collection date when booking your rental item, if you are not sure how long you require the equipment for then this is not a problem. You can leave the rental on a “rolling” rental by selecting "No fixed collection date" and then just contact us when you have finished with the equipment.

You can end your rental at any time by simply contacting a member of our team by telephone or by filling in our “contact us” form. The hire will conclude 2 working days following notice, to allow time for the collection. If you would like the rental equipment collected from a different address to the delivery then this is not a problem. You can select your different collection address when booking online or you can give our helpful team a call who will be happy to take the different collection address from you.

All courier collections are made on standard working days Monday – Friday between 8am – 6pm (excluding any bank holidays). Please ensure the rental equipment is back in its box before the courier arrives for collection to avoid any failed collection charges. Unfortunately, the courier will not collect the equipment if it is not back in its box.

Mobility Hire Delivery

Our larger and heavier pieces of rental equipment are delivered and collected in a van by our own delivery drivers. Our drivers will bring the equipment into the property and set the equipment up in your desired location, where possible. It is important that you let us know if you have any external steps to get the equipment into the property and then whether you would like the equipment taking up or down any stairs once inside the property. This is to ensure we bring the correct moving equipment and send the correct number of men to be able to move and install it.

At the time of ordering the rental equipment you will have a choice of days as to when you would like delivery and collection. Depending on your postcode there are set “standard” delivery and collection days, if these are not convenient then you may also have the option to select an “other” day delivery or collection including next day, same day and weekend options. These are charged at a different rate to the standard delivery days. Costs for these services can be found on each product page by putting in the first part of your postcode into the “Delivery Information” box. Courier Item Delivery Information

Standard Delivery – Our standard delivery option is free on all purchase orders over £40, your item(s) will arrive boxed with a courier anytime between 8am-6pm on working weekdays, approximately 5-7 working days after you have placed your order. We will contact you the day before delivery to let you know your item(s) is being shipped for delivery the following working day. Please be aware that some of these items are heavy and you may need to arrange assistance to move or unpack the box once delivered to you.

Standard delivery is available for UK Mainland, other delivery areas may be available but these will need to be quoted for on an individual basis. Please call out dedicated team on 0800 111 6234 to discuss other delivery areas.

Delivery Upgrades – There are a number of delivery upgrades you can opt for if you require your chosen product quickly or on a specific day / time. You can choose from next working day service, AM delivery, Saturday delivery etc. If you add your chosen product to your shopping cart, then at the beginning of the checkout process you will be able to see the delivery upgrades available to you for that specific product.

Fleet Clearance Delivery Information

Standard Delivery – Our standard delivery option is free on all purchase orders over £40, your item(s) will arrive with one of our delivery drivers normally between the hours of 8am-6pm on working weekdays, approximately 5-7days after you have placed your order. The office will contact you the day before delivery by telephone to confirm your delivery slot.

Our standard delivery is a “pavement” delivery, this means the delivery driver will unload it from the van for you but will not take the item in to your property or set up the item. Please be aware that some of these items are heavy and you may need to arrange assistance to move or set up the equipment once delivered to you.

Standard delivery covers England and Wales only, other delivery areas may be available but these will need to be quoted on an individual basis. Please call our dedicated team on 0800 111 6234 to discuss other delivery areas.

Engineered Delivery – An engineered delivery covers for a fully-trained delivery driver to come along to your chosen delivery address and they will assemble/install your product plus demonstrate how to use it correctly. The cost for this service is calculated using the first part of the postcode for the delivery address. If you add your chosen product to your shopping cart and at the beginning of the checkout process you will be able to calculate this cost and see the delivery options available to you. You will have a choice of days for when you would like delivery. Depending on your postcode there are set “standard” delivery days, if these are not convenient then you may also have the option to select an “other” day delivery or collection including next day, same day and weekend options. These are charged at a different rate to the standard delivery days.

New Purchase Delivery Information
